Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Had no problem automatically duplex printing until I installed windows 11. Now, I can only manually do duplex printing. I uninstalled all drivers and re installed but no luck. Preferences do not allow auto duplex printing.

Hello @HJEKNE ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Log in with the admin account

 

Enter the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.

It said that the Duplex Unit was not installed. I don't know how to install the Duplex Unit
