Dad screwed his Mac up and installed driver for PSC 2410 all in one. Need driver for Mac 10.15

My dad uninstalled his old Printer somehow from his older Mac.  He has Mac os10.15 installed in his Mac but has old hp psc 2410 photosmart all in one computer.  It was working fine but he does random things that mess things up sometimes.  now the printer does not show as an option to print.   Can someone help me with trying to get the driver to install?  seems half of the hp site is not working for me as  I search their site also.   

I need help until I can get him to go buy a whole new computer and printer.

Please try to install following the next steps:

(1) Connect a USB cable between your printer and Mac computer:

(2) Then please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

(3) And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer
