Hi @LePetard,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If you're located in Italy and the HP Instant Ink web dashboard is displaying in Italian, even though your printer, profile, and browser are set to English (United States), this happens because the website detects your physical location (IP address) and defaults to the local language.
Here’s how to permanently display the Instant Ink dashboard in English:
Step-by-Step: Force the Instant Ink Dashboard to Stay in English:
1. Use This Direct Link
Go to this version of the site, which forces English:
👉 HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site
Tip: Bookmark this link and always use it to access Instant Ink. It overrides the automatic Italian language detection.
2. Sign In from the English Page
- Log in to your HP Instant Ink account after landing on the page above.
- This ensures the session loads in English, regardless of your IP location in Italy.
3. Optional: Change Browser Language Preferences
Ensure your browser language is set to English (United States):
- Google Chrome:
Settings > Languages → Add or move English (US) to the top.
Microsoft Edge:
Settings > Languages → Set English (United States) as your preferred language.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
