After de-installing the software of my HP printer I have problems with the start my computer.
With the start of my computer I get a message of HP Consultant Assistant that there is no software.
As far as I know there is indeed no HP software left on my computer except the following empty(?) end not removable files:
- HP imaging Device Functions 13.0
- HP Photosmart all-inone drive software 13.0 REL 2
- HP photosmart Essential 3.5
- HP Smart Web Printing 4.51 and
- HP Solution Center 13.0
To solve the problem I recently installed a new version of HP support Assistant and then removed the software again.
This was not the solution.
Hope you can help me.
With regards

Not sure what you mean by "de-installing"; it does appear that the printer software is not uninstalled.
Open Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features >
Scroll down and look for any printer software -- the name(s) will be somewhat easy to discern
If you find any printer software, Right-Click and uninstall >
When the removal is complete, close all programs (browsers, email, etc) >
Shut down the computer > wait several seconds > boot your computer and log in
Click the Windows key > scroll down the "apps" list to HP* programs -- open each category and look for printer software. Right-Click on any offending program > and uninstall
If you remove any programs, Restart the computer and log in
