Product: Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a colour laserjet printer which was working fine until this evening when it kept saying it was offline.  I reset my network connection but was still getting the same  message, so I removed the printer and reloaded it, but now the default printer option is missing.  I have tried everything and am about to throw my laptop out of the window!!!  Somebody please help!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Is there any error or pop-up when you try to make your printer default?

Could you share the image of the window you're working on?
