Default settings to print text in black only

I have done everything to make adjustments and changes to allow text to be printed in black only. I am unsuccessful.

How is his problem resolved

Every setting has been changed to print in Black in only 

8130e printer will not 

whether I change the settings on document print on the device, or I go to the HP app and windows it’s still reverts back to him will print in blue ink if it printed in color, there is no black in any of the documents
