On my HP account, my printer does not appear. On my HP Smart account, my printer appears. I've deleted it from my HP Smart and it does not disconnet.
So, I would like to reset my printer (HP Deskjet 3730) and delete my HP Smart Account.
Please Help Me

Hi @bia26,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled HP smart from your devices and tried it? If not try and see how it goes.
Meanwhile, follow the steps below
Open HP Smart and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
Click on select a Different Printer, then click the Remove link on the right
Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.
Once done, try adding the printer again. If that does not work,
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted. -
