I would like to subscribe to Instant Ink for my HP printer (deskjet 4120e).
However, at the final payment stage, I encounter the following message.


"There is another account connected to this printer. You can use this printer and the HP smart app to scan, copy, and other features, but you cannot use cloud features such as Print from Anywhere.
In the future, HP will provide information that will allow users to request the printer's cloud features.
Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0004)"

 

To solve this problem, I want to delete one of the two accounts.
Please help me.

How to delete an instant ink account?


To unsubscribe from HP Instant Ink:
Sign into your account.
Go to "My Orders"
By clicking on your subscription you can choose the option to cancel.
This will be effective.
