How do I delete custom settings?  I read to click on "custom" by the setting.  I don't see this.  Neither my computer or printer is connected to the internet.

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Do you wish to delete the custom settings on the printer?
