My Dell laptop has suddenly stopped printing to the HP printer & when I press print everything freezes its not the printer because it works fine on the Mac

@Elliebelles, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like the issue might be specific to your Dell laptop rather than the printer itself, especially since it's working fine on your Mac. In this case, I recommend reaching out to Dell support directly. They should be able to help you troubleshoot and resolve any printer-related issues on your laptop.

Meanwhile, you could try restarting both the printer and the laptop, as well as checking for any updates or driver issues on your Dell machine. But if the problem persists, Dell support will be the best option for a more in-depth solution.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
