Product: Designjet T630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

We have a new Designjet T630 that prints great from a windows 10 pc.  But when our 8.1 pc prints half the page's content is left blank.  It may print the top half one time then the botton the next.  But never the whole blueprint.  Printing thru the network.

Hello @Kentt1 

 

Before printing the jobs from the 8.1 pc go to the printer properties of the driver and under preferences icon select Max. Resolution 300 and try printing again.
