Hi there,

I have an issue with printing of black ink as I rarely us  it recently. Some pictograms are printed in black but whole text is missing.

I wanted to clean up the printing heads but once I've installed HP Smart, it prompts me that this option is not available in my printer even when manual of it shows step by step how to use this tool to make the black ink workable again.

 

Can anyone support me to make the printer work again?

Many thanks in advance for any hints.

I did try to warm it up by warm air for some time but that did not help.

But warm water does the miricles. 😀👍 simple solutions...🤓
