DeskJet 4100e no wire or wireless connection with WIN 11

I recently purchased a new CyberpowerPC, which includes an Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics card, about three days ago. I am currently experiencing some difficulties in getting my two wireless printers, specifically an HP DeskJet and a Pantum laser printer, to function correctly with my new computer. While both printers are designed for wireless connectivity, only the Pantum printer appears to be operational when accessed through my smartphone. I have accumulated approximately 35 sheets of printouts from the HP printer in my attempts to troubleshoot, however, I have been unable to locate either the WPS number or the IP address from these printouts.


Could you perhaps offer some suggestions or troubleshooting steps that might resolve this issue? I did reach out to technical support yesterday, but unfortunately, my interaction was limited to an automated bot, which unfortunately did not provide any helpful solutions.

Does anyone have a fix? the hour chatting on the phone yesterday did not help (with the bot!)
