Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I do please hope someone can help! I have bought a HP DeskJet Plus 4130 and it has been nothing but trouble! I've never managed to find the app with instructions. I've installed it via the Windows 10 method. Sometimes it works: sometimes it doesn't. Mostly printing. have run the latest HP troubleshooter and, by its speed, it doesn't find anything wrong. Then the printer works - for one page! Repeat process plus uninstalling and starting again all with the same result! I hope someone might suggest something please - other than throwing the thing out the window.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-plus-4100-all-in-one-series/29...

 

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
