Product: HP Deskjet 1055 All-in-One Printer - J410e
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Looks like this has been asked multiples times but I still haven't found a solution that worked.

 

My Deskjet 1055 which is probably a little less than 10 years old no longer communicates with my Mac now that I've updated to Big Sur. I tried uninstalling all hp software and running easy start, which only lands me to a page that says, "We are not able to automatically locate any software options for this product. Please go to the HP website and search for product solutions there." The website also has no software for this printer and this OS.
