I need to reset my EWS printer password or do a hard factory reset. I can not use my printer wirelessly unless I get a solution to this.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
To reset the printer, follow the steps below-
- Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer, and then unplug the power cord from the power source or electrical outlet.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer, if you have a cable connection to the printer.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer, and then reconnect the USB cable.
- Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet. Bypass any surge protectors.
- If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on. If the issue persists, follow the next steps.
Resetting the printer's network settings to its factory default settings erases the embedded Web server (EWS) administrator password.
To reset the network defaults, follow the steps below-
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

That's unfortunate, as the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
