HI, I have been trying to update the printer using the auto update and this method just hangs, so I downloaded the latest update this being "Full_Webpack-43.4.2484-DJ2600_Full_Webpack.exe" however what I have discovered is that when you run this programme it locates the printer OK and then says it has better software available which it then tries to download, this is where the problems start.
The file it is trying to download is located on an FTP server that it says is unavailable or busy but I have been trying this all day with no success....hence my question really to HP, who you can't actually ever get hold of to highlight issues like this is "can you check if the ftp server is faulty or the link not correct perhaps" hopefully they read these community questions and will check this programme "Full_Webpack-43.4.2484-DJ2600_Full_Webpack.exe" is actually doing what it is supposed to do.
Obviously this is not the ideal way to try and contact HP direct but you simply can not seem to do that?

Hi Betty,
Thank you for your help and assistance on this matter.
I just wanted to let you know that I ran the Webpack.exe file again the other day and this time it did update properly and not get hung up on the FTP server.
So, whatever the problem was with the FTP server it has now cleared, so thank you again, regards
