When selecting something to print - it will no longer let me print in color. Defaults to blk and I can’t find a way to change it - both on phone and laptop. Yes I have color ink - it was letting me print in color and I would have to change it to blk white each time. Now it will only do blk white HELP

Hi,

For Deskjet printer sometimes ink cartridges are clogged and they need cleaning.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to clean ink cartridges:

It is not even giving me the option to print in color - it defaults to blk white -

Ok, maybe the driver is not properly installed and need to install again.

 

Try with HP Easy Start to install printer driver:

>> HP Easy Start for Windows printer
