@Clément,

Greetings and Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's get straight into this -

Network Restore - Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

If the router has a WPS push button, try these steps to connect the printer to the network -

1) Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer for more than three seconds to start WPS push mode. The Wireless light starts blinking.

2) Press the WPS button on your router.

NOTE: THE MOMENT YOU PRESS THE WIRELESS BUTTON ON YOUR PRINTER, WITHIN 30 SECONDS YOU SHOULD PRESS THE WPS BUTTON ON THE ROUTER.

If this step is not successful, then we need to first connect the printer to a computer using a USB and then convert the wired connection to wireless as the printer does not have a control panel to enter the Wi-Fi password.

Please refer to this link for steps.

You may also try setting up the printer using your mobile device -

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.

Hello

Thanks for the very quick reply.

I tried the WPS connection without success.

And before that I tried the "conversion  from USB to wireless".

the printer find my Wifi network with an excelent connection (the printer is 30cm from the router)

however after entering the Wifi password, the programm indicated that the SSID cannot be found.

This is disconcerting as it obviously found it in the previous windows to allow me to select it.

I had a look at the log on my router and it indicate in this order:

*Client associated

*WiFi registration failed

*Client disassociated

(the result is the same even if I disconet the router firewall for the time of the association)

I also tried to dissociate the 2.4 and 5Ghz network in two separated SSID, it didn"t help.

A bit of background:

I had my printer intalled on the network and working correctly.

2 days ago, after a week or so of inactivity, I switched on my printer to print.

After sending the document to the printer the printer will make a noise indicating activities but stop and not prints.

No error mesage, the document is not in the queu.

When I printed from the computer a test page, it worked directly. Only document wouldn"'t print.

I wanted to acces the Ews to see it would be related to firmware update or anything of the sort but couldn"t remember my admin password.

I therefore tried the network reset by hoding the network and cancel icon for 3 seconds.

but since I haven't been able to restore the network connection.

However after some time and with no changes, it now print via USB, but I can't get to link to my network.

The HP print and scan doctor do not identify any error either
