This printer has sat in a box unused for years.  Attempting to link up to wifi with no success and no help here from HP support.  I'm not tech savvy.   Anyway to get this going?  Help appreciated.

I see that you are facing an issue with setting up your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Is this the first time you are setting up this printer?

- Is the hardware setup completed successfully?

- Is this the first time you are connecting your printer to the network?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
