HP Recommended

My 3755 Deskjet was working wirelessly and suddenly stopped.  Now it says "offline".  I've tried everything on the HP website, to no avail.  The HP Smart won't load, giving me a "Sorry, something went wrong" message.    Diagnosis Dr isn't helping either.  I've tried to download drivers, etc, unsuccessfully.   I've gotten as far as ensuring that the printer is wirelessly connected correctly, but that that is all.    

I don't know what to do next.   Any suggestions?
