Your printer does not include a FAX hardware component.

Mobile Fax (at this writing) only supports Sending Faxes.

Not related to receiving but an important point...

If the service is still in never-ending Trial, then if a fax does not send, you don't have any real support options.

What to do?

Investigate an electronic Fax type software / subscription.

eFax or the generic term electronic fax == A type of service that supports sending and receiving faxes on your device (computer, tablet, phone).

Disclaimer - Dragon Opinion

Be wary of the "online free stuff" -- if you are not secured in a contract, the electronic fax provider might be snooping on your online activities. 

IF that happens, it won't matter for the more mundane things people tend to fax --

That said, if you are faxing legal documents, you likely need and want more privacy.

One alternative, of course, is to purchase a printer that supports on-board FAX.

Remember that more included features means a higher cost for the printer.
