Hello, I am attempting to restore my HP Deskjet 4155e to factory settings and reinstall it. I have had to uninstall and reinstall drivers several times, and now it is not connecting correctly to my Wi-Fi network. I have reinstalled HP Smart and all the correct drivers, but now the printer is flashing with multiple lights (resume, display, and third small circle immediately under the display) No amount of pressing or holding combinations of buttons as directed on other posts has worked. Nor has unplugging it and plugging it back in again. This is not a software issue, as HP Smart appears to be working correctly and seeing that the printer is not detectable on the Wi-Fi network. I would use HP customer service chat as I have before, but unfortunately I cannot set aside the time to do this, as last time it took an hour with chat to fix it (there was 5-10 minutes between responses from the rep if I remember correctly)
Could someone please give me some options that I could troubleshoot this problem? Thank you

Hi @L3234,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP Deskjet 4155e printer despite reinstalling drivers and software. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue.
- Restart Your Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart of your printer, computer, and Wi-Fi router can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your printer, computer, and router, wait for a few minutes, then turn them back on and try reconnecting.
- Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and that other devices can connect to it without any issues. You may want to restart your router or check its settings to make sure it's broadcasting properly.
- Reset Printer Network Settings: Since you're unable to reset the printer to factory settings, you can try resetting the network settings separately. Look for a "Reset Network Settings" option in the printer's menu. Refer to the printer's manual for specific instructions on how to do this.
- Reconfigure Wi-Fi Settings: If the printer still isn't connecting, try reconfiguring its Wi-Fi settings manually. You can usually do this through the printer's control panel or settings menu. Look for the Wi-Fi setup option and follow the on-screen instructions to input your Wi-Fi network credentials.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates can address connectivity issues and improve overall performance. You can check for updates through the printer's control panel or using the HP Smart app.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
