Hi @thilina_tss,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your issue.
I understand that you are trying to access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) so you can configure the device, but it is asking for login information.
If you are not aware of what the login information is there is only one thing that might help you reset it.
I am going to send you the details in a Private Message. If you are unsure how to check your PMs, this post by @SiobhanF can help - How to check your messages.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
In fact, if this helps you to reach a solution please click the "Accept as Solution", and the "thumbs up" buttons down below in this message. 🙂
Thanks!
Please click “Accept as Solution ” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Hello,
Thanks for the information.
I tried the method you suggested “semi-full reset” several times. But it still asks for user name and password when I try to open “settings” page in EWS.
When I perform “semi-full reset” it prompts the setup wizard, asks for wifi information etc. I am surprised as it forgets all configuration but this admin login information.
Please help me with this.
