Product: HP Deskjet 6940 Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When you look for the Deskjet 6940 drivers, you click on "Driver-Product Install Software. Under this is says use install your printer driver using the windows built-in Solution"

 

This does not work. Now the Laptop that I am using will recognize the printer, but no drivers. There are no drivers out there at all.

 

How can i get a driver for this printer? I am using a Win 10 64 bit that is up to date on all versions.

 

I just seem to be getting into a loop that goes nowhere!

Since they are not on the HP web site and you can't get the built in to work, you will have to search the web for drivers for that printer.

 

Suggest you might want to upgrade your printer.  Good luck.
