HP Recommended
Product: Deskjet 9800
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Installed two new cartridges and the printer's red lights are flashing. Colour is HP 344 and Black is HP 339.

Also using USB 2 port.

When the printer boots up it sends out a blank page.

I'm unable to print anything including test pages.
