My wife just got a new desktop computer with Windows 11. I downloaded HPPSdr from the HP website, but I get an error message: "Extraction Failed Can Not Delete Output File" The computer sees the printer but says that the driver doesn't exist. Can I get this to work or is her ancient printer simply not compatible with Win11?

Thanks FerRX! The installation hung up before it was finished and I got a Windows compatibility error message. I had to use task manager to get the program to close. Nonetheless, printer is now working. Hooray!
