Hello! I have recently updated my Dell Inspiron desktop with Windows 10 (64-bit). I cannot get the drive installed for my HP Deskjet F4180. I have used HP Virtual Agent exhaustively. It tells me to manually install by going into the "temp" folder and finding a "7z" folder. There is no "7z" folder. Thanks!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are unable to install a printer driver.
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here
And, also note that for this printer software drivers are very limited to run on windows 10 OS.
- If the issue still continues, install using Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver: Click here
Here is the driver page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-f4100-all-in-one-printer-series/3177560/... for HP Deskjet F4180 All-in-One Printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
