Hello. I bought a Deskjet Plus Ink Advantage 6575 printer. The installation went fine, but then the printer asked me to insert paper. I'd never used a printer before and was inserting the paper where the scanner was. I thought that was correct, but the printer wasn't reading the paper. I thought the problem was in the firmware or software. I reset the system settings through the local BIOS, but nothing changed. (I later realized I just needed to insert the paper downwards; yes, I've never used the printer.) I tried different settings in the BIOS, and finally pressed the audit button, and now I'm stuck loading (I checked, it's been at least 5 hours). It just shows the logo. I'm afraid I've bricked my printer. Perhaps the printer is working through the MFG button. I even managed to connect to my phone via WiFi, but nothing prints. Maybe I can disable auditing through the MFG? Maybe it happens through the service settings? Do you know the password? Or is there something I can do via a cable connecting to the computer, or maybe you know the keyboard shortcuts for shutting down (the problem is that as soon as I plug the printer into the outlet, it goes into audit mode. I have to hold down the power button every time, plug it in, and then release the power button after a while). Or keyboard shortcuts in the BIOS (home, back, question). Or do I need to reflash this printer, or should I take it to a service center? I'm in Israel, bought the printer from KSP, and I don't know if there's a warranty. I realize I kind of broke it myself. I want it to just turn on and run the settings as if nothing happened.
