I have HP Deskjet 2752e and 2755e and can't get either one to work wireless or USB.I would like to know how to remove everything to start over. Once you get it installed or so you think, then you cannot start over because the Smart App. just only goes to the same thing. And there is no way to change the IP or anything else. I've tried on Win 7x64 and Win 10x64 same thing. It does say to use the ink cartridges that came with the printer. Well how are you suppose to do that if you have changed them and thrown them away. In other words if you remove your printer you have to buy a new one just to get those cartridges so you can reinstall it. This whole setup is ridiculous. I'm starting to think I should have bought a different brand where you can actually download the drivers you need and your good to go. Thanks for any help.

You can reset the Wifi connection and start over your printer install, follow steps from the next video:

OK I set up the wireless with phone app. Then installed it on PC with the easy start software and it installs everything until the very last where it installs the driver and it says cannot install driver. And unlike any other printer brand HP does not let you download the driver. I tried with driver booster and it don't even find the printer that is in the device manager. with no driver. And windows search for the driver finds one but says the same thing can't install the driver. Maybe I should just trash it and get another brand that lets you download the drivers you need!.

Ok I deleted all of the drivers and printers and started over. It did the same thing as before installs everything until the very end then will not install the drivers. There is one driver it will not let me delete in the Print server properties, it says it's in use. I will post some screen shots of the errors.
