Product: HP 6962
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

AFter much effort the 6962 is installed in my new unit running Win 10. However, there is no desktop icon and no way to control the actions from the computer that I can see. How do I reslove this?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Go to Windows Start > HP > HP OfficeJet 6900 series, click on the printer and it will launch the HP Printer Assistant.

 

If you need a scan icon on the desktop, check out this resource.
