Hello,
We have the printer “HP Color LaserJet Flow E87650” in use several times. Since our company has changed, I also had to adapt the settings on the printer to the new company.
After that, the printers all work without any problems, but after an undefined period of time, the printers keep changing the settings back to the old company, which means that the printers no longer work. How can I prevent the reconfiguration or where can I find the menu item where these “old” settings are saved?
Who has a tip for me?
Thanks

A cold reset will clear all settings, but you will need to configure it back like it's new out of the box.
