HP DESKJET 2135
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, My Deskjet 2135 wasn't used for about 5 months. I tried using Tools using the HP PRINTER ASSISTANT to do a Clean Printer, Both of my ink are gone for an unknown reason (I was sure that the inks 680 was new before leaving it for 5 months) and the tool says Device is Busy. I tried the Hard Reset, also uninstalling and re-installing the driver.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

The inks do tend to dry up if not used. I would recommend you to buy new set of cartridges and then try using the printer.

Let me know if this helps.
