Wireless, Networking etc. is not the problem, so I am posting here. I have tried several times to use the "Diagnose and Fix" printer issues; it always finds no issues and then has me print a Test Page, which never works, but then does not give me any options to correct the issue except come here.  After a straight 10 hours, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, downloaded the latest drivers, cleared the spool, checked that Wi Fi and Bluetooth are on, and followed every suggestion HP has made to fix this I've unplugged, waited 30 seconds as recommended, and plugged the printer back in, and have done the same with my wi-fi and internet connections to reboot everything. I've shut down my HP laptop and started it back up. . It began over this weekend, so am thinking HP downloaded software that has glitches that is affecting my printer (a 9010 series). Even an out of warranty printer should have an 800 # to call for paid assistance, but their website also looks glitchy when I've logged in, and no phone number (even when I click the "contact us" with a phone icon on it) is listed for help.  The new HP app is less than stellar, and is no improvement over the HP Smart app.
