HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I am trying to change the printing perspective from Portrait to Landscape. It was suggested that I use Diagnose and Fix but that is not active in the dropdown menu

@elizabf, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like you’re trying to switch the printing orientation on your HP DeskJet 4155e from Portrait to Landscape — good news is, this should be an easy fix!

Since the Diagnose and Fix option isn’t active in the dropdown, let’s try adjusting the settings manually:

  1. Open the document you want to print.
  2. Go to File > Print (or press Ctrl + P).
  3. In the print settings window, look for an option labeled Orientation.
  4. Change it from Portrait to Landscape.
  5. Click Apply or OK, then try printing again.

If you’re using the HP Smart app:

  1. Open the HP Smart app.
  2. Select your printer, then go to Print Settings.
  3. Look for the Orientation setting and switch it to Landscape.

Give that a try and let me know if it works! If it still doesn’t cooperate, we can troubleshoot further together. 😄

Take care, and have an amazing day!
