Diagnostic /maintenance tool for HP7155 printer

I  inadvertently forgot to save the original diagnostic / maintenance tool (HP ENVY Photo 7100 Series Tool Box0) provided when this printer was purchase about 3 years ago. For that Toolbox, I was able to

clean the printer heads to fix poor quality images . I can no longer find that Toolbox on this website.

The HP Printer Scan Doctor claims  to have such a tool, but upon selecting that box to clean heads the tool merely shows a scan bar that eventually ends but nothing to start the cleaning process. 

I can send a picture of the window with that large "C" clean heads box.

I would like a copy of the Toolbox from that time of 3 years ago, which does work.
