Good Evening Community Members,

My Printer can not be used for several days now. It reads, idle, Asleep or other. It is connected by my IPS but does not function. It is doing the same with my cellphone. I reset the printer...turn off, unplug, wait 10 minutes and restart, nothing happens! So, sorry to trouble all of you but I am a a Senior and

have little experience with such complications! Thank you for your help and suggestions. 

P.S. I also restarted my Laptop and Cellphone 3x's but my printer is hiding somewhere!
