Officejet 8014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP community,

about 5months ago, i bought in Belgium a HP Officejet 8014. Very nice Print/Copy/Scan machine, but unfortunately some print issues last month, for which i contacted HP Support with excellent service and got a replacement similar model, now just installed.

However, the label of this new printer is: HP Officejet Pro 8014, but i really see not any difference and even the Product Nr inside is saying the same 3UC57B

So, is this same model and just 2 HP names sold over Europe ?

Thx/BR
Dv

I can't find Officejet Pro 8014, only HP Officejet 8014 and its specs

Google search shows few shops in Europe using "Pro" on their lists, I don't know why !

Regards.
