Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP mfp running 4.9xxx with 19.xxxx paper cut. domain admin with his laptop has no issues with large pdf. EE pc with double the ram 16vs8 can’t print the same document. EE logs into domain admin pc still can’t print the same large pdf. 

stuck!

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your printer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Are you getting any error when you print?
  • From which application/software you are printing?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
