I am trying to set up Digital Fax, I had it set up before when I had the FULL Version installed on my PC but now I had to put the HP Smart version because the other is not available or won't download it say it has downloaded but it is not on my PC.
When I go to Digital Fax set up then Profile & it says need to change Network Path. But when I do I keep getting invalid path? & if I keep changing the path finally get it to go but when I go to Save & Test it I get the following message: Netowrk error. Check the printer's network connection again? It also doesn't allow you to find the path you need I have to copy & past it but it doesn't like that... & won't work says Invalid input? On the FUll Version download it allowed you to click in the Path & go to the PC to apply the correct path?
In HP Smart it says printer is connected & installed so why is this happening. Never had a problem with the Full Version until the HP Smart app became the only thing to use. There is a Full Version on HP site to download (Offline Only) & I have downloaded it but can't find it on my PC & still not working?
Thanks for any help you can give me. I want to set up Digital Fax to save my faxes to a folder on my PC. Which I was doing before HP Smart app?? thanks
