Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I work for an IT department in the public school system. We do not allow devices to connect to the mac app store for security purposes. When trying to install printer drivers for some new printers I am continually redirected back to the app store to download HP Smart (which I can't do). Is there a place where IT folks can go and download the individual driver that is needed for the printer we ordered. I have tried the Easy Admin app, it says there are no download available. I have tried HP Easy Start, sometimes this works, other times it does not. I am not sure why that is. If I can just get the driver for the printer I can simply set up each computer using that driver file.

The quick answer is not that I have seen. I have, however, escalated your post to the moderators requesting that someone from HP reach out to you with a possible solution. Any chance you can use the generic Post Script driver in the meantime?

Thanks for the reply! I am using the generic drivers for now, but I have a couple of machines that will print one test page and then say the printer is out of toner, when is clearly isn't. I am hoping that a driver up will fix it. At least once I get the drivers.
