Product: HP Envy 6120e All-in-One Printer

Hello, Please tell me how to disable the AI which has taken over the printer. It is sodding useless and ignores the instructions I've given on the printer menu. Thank you kind people,

Hi @MSL981 

You may need to click on the Advanced section on Printer Preferences and search HP AI dropdown option to Turn OFF.
