Since from 2 days we are experencing message on monitor screen in my all printers connected system.

kindly find below message error.

HPSUPD-Win32Exe.exe.This application could be started
This application requires one of the followingversions of the
.NET Framework:
.NETFramework,Version=v4.8

Do you want to install this .Net Framework version now?

TRYIED

Disable .net framework 

I try reinstalling printer software/ uninstall. delete from registry entries.

update windows update

OS- Win 10 Enterprise x64 

Kindly advise what necessary steps to remove this error msg from screen.
