Dock for HP 17z-cp200?

I need a docking station for my HP Laptop 17z cp-200. I purchased an HP USB-C Dock G5, but receive a "Display Connection Might be Limited" error when plugging it all in. Nothing appears on either of my two monitors (HDMI and DisplayPort connection types). Is there a docking station that's actually compatible with my laptop? Or am I doing something wrong with the dock? It's plugged into the only USB-C port on my laptop.

You cannot use a dock that does not use DisplayLink technology, as your models do not have USB ports compatible with DisplayPort. Therefore, you must purchase a dock with DisplayLink technology, which uses both software and hardware to connect the monitors. Here is a link where you can find more information about these models.
