Product: HP Touchsmart 610-1050F
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I do not have any printer installed labeled HP but I  have an icon that shows 1 document pending for HP. I have opened all printer ques and no pending document. I have restarted the printer spooling service and nothing. How do I get rid of the pending document? It is stopping me from printing on other printers now

follow directions in link below, make sure you stop the print spooler service when told to as this is the key to fixing the issue
