HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

Have gone to HP general support, then to HP Smart for Mac.  Nothing works.

Have run HP Uninstall to remove data from (Intel chip)  iMac Pro (Mac Studio replaced).
Have deleted prior HP Smart (Finder search).
Have disconnected Envy from all but AC power (normally connected to both Ethernet and USB cord to Mac)
Have restarted Mac after emptying Trash
Downloaded HP Smart (from both HP general support page and then from HP Smart for Mac link).
Downloads appear to be of app from Apple App Store (not .pkg in downloads folder)
Have tried opening from link in App Store or by clicking on HP Smart in Finder.
Either way I see brief, partial screen shots of data from iMac HP Smart (even after running HP Uninstall per above) and then app quits.
If it makes a difference, Mac Studio was populated from the backup drive of the iMac Pro, both running the same current Mac OS (Ventura 13.4)
Is the software incompatible with Apple’s M chips?

I have a very similar problem where I have a new MAC Mini with an M2 running MAC OS Ventura 13.4.

I've loaded the drivers available from HP Support and have installed HP Smart.

The symptom I have is for various Apps the Printing begins but then stops and does not complete the print job.

I have an Envy 4520 and it is up to date with Essential Software 5.17.5.2.

I get the same error message regardless of the application...Stopped "Filter" Failed, 1 Page

I am able to print a Test Page successfully along with a Configuration Page from the HP Utility application.

Also Scanning does work

It feels like a Driver Issue for the MAC Mini. Does HP Support MAC OS Ventura 13.4 with an HP Envy 4520?
