Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9014 All-in-One Printer

Despite countless phone calls I still can't get an address for the return of my faulty printer. This is being collected by UPS but the HP customer service people are so bad they just can't understand that I need a returns label that was supposed to be provided when they sent the replacement.

Thanks. Not sure that address will accept a returned printer.

I tried to get an address from their after sales team but they refused to give me one and said I would need to speak to Technical Support, even though I explained I had spent hours on phone and Whatsapp to Techincal Support and cannot get anyone to answer a simple question.
