Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

i dont think your understanding my question Buddy.......read above in the subject line .......if you did.. why dont you answer my question with the HP 24 hour assistance phone number???????? i dont understand  why you HP tech's have to be so Dam diffacult ?????? yesturday alone it call custmer asstance at leaste 5 time onl;y to be transfered to another dept, then only to be  hung up on or call dropped and now this? i didnt ask for  ypur oppion on whats wrong with my printer or my 2 laptops witch bye the way  1` is a year old the other  my be 14 months and the printer is brand new  FYI..... but all of my equipment is suppost to have exstended  warrenty's that i bought from HP that is to basiclly cover  any and everything for another 3 year but like everything else iam learning with HP....... doesnt work or isnt what was advertised or i was told ........... so basiclly .... iam about to throw this **bleep** in the trash and go bye a new PIXELBOOK and a CANNON printer,......... so i ask you 1 more time???? what is the dam 24 hour custumer tech assistance phone number if there is 1 at all?????
