Cannot downloaded entire driver and set up in Windows 10 for HP OJ 4500. Everytime I get to the part to connect the USB cable. The Computer and the printer do not connect. Once it did and then a window poped up and said failure and then said that there is a windows 8 problem. I am not running windows 8 I have windows 10. What is going on. I download driver for windows 10.

Saw your post and I understand that you are having issues installing your printer.
I’d love to help!
Uninstall the printer software completely from the computer and restart the computer. Then try installing the software again and make sure that the printer is turned off while installing the software and only turn it on when the get the screen to connect the USB cable to the computer.
In case if the issue persists please let me know the exact error you are getting and if possible take a screenshot and send it to me.

Thank you for your reply. What I did was research HP's website and had to update the software and it seems to be working correctly, now! If I have a problem in the future I will surely try what you have recommened.
