Does the HP Universal Fax Driver Support the Officjet 9130

I have an HP OfficeJet 9130 All-In-One that still works quite well.

I would like to be able to send Faxes through it from Windows 10.

Does the HP Universal Fax Driver support the HP OfficeJet 9130?

Perhaps, more precisely, does the Universal Fax Driver support the  OfficeJet 9130  JetDirect 620n Print Server?

If not, is there some combination of Driver, Firmware, and/or Software upgrades that can enable that support?

Similarly for the HP Digital Fax software.

Can Windows 10 with HP Digital FAX use the OfficeJet 9130 FAX equipment to receive FAXes as local files?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03448663 says,

"A traditional phone line (landline) connection is required to use HP Digital Fax."

Does it receive FAXes directly to the PC via the phone line?

If so, it seems the OfficeJet would not play a role in receiving them,

and HP Digital FAX would not be useful to me.

The Smart App document you cited says,

"The HP Smart app includes tools to print, scan, check ink levels, and set up your printer on a wireless network."

My Officjet 9130 and Windows 10 PC are connected to a vLAN on my router.  Does the Smart App still apply?

Further, an https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/mobile-fax/faq describes the Smart App Mobile Fax as a service:

• "free until sometime in the first half of 2021"
• "at which point users will be required to provide a form of payment"
• "HP has the right to disable the service"

So, it appears the OfficeJet 9130 FAX equipment would not be used, at all, and I will have to pay for not using it.

Hence, the Smart App is not what I want.
